Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Full Payments and Deposit: All bookings require full payment to be settled one week prior to the scheduled event. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Refund for Early Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your event, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining amount if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. The non-refundable deposit of $100 will not be included in the refund. No Refunds for Late Cancellation: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund, and the full payment (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be retained. Rescheduling Option: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In such cases, clients are welcome to reschedule their event within a reasonable timeframe without incurring any rescheduling fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability
